I am a qualified teacher who tutors children who are not in school due to emotional, behavioural and social issues. I work with looked after children and those on alternative provision programmes: helping them back into education. I have tutored children with ASD,  PDA, ADHD, Dyspraxia, and PTSD . I also currently teach Drama and Cookery to adults with learning disabilities at Sutton College.

As an Open University Lecturer I tutor on Making a difference: working with children and young people as well as on an introductory module to the social sciences. I teach a range of adult students of all abilities, providing effective support to those with mental health issues.

In my spare time I enjoy writing and have published a range of short stories in a range of UK and American literary magazines. I am currently creating a picture book for ASD girls.

All adults who take part in my group are DBS checked and I am fully insured to work with children.
